Triad Financial is an American auto finance company that was established in 1989 with the aim to improve auto financing market. It is based in North Richland Hills, Texas.
The company provides different kinds of auto loans. It specializes in subprime loans, i.e. company's target customers are those who have poor credit record. The company was named after the so called group of three: the shareholder, the employee and the customer.
At the present time the company is considered to be one of the largest subprime auto loan providers.

Triad Financial employs about 1,400 employees.
The revenue of the company totals to $4,2 billion.
