I am very dissapointed with Triad, times are really hard I am at the end of my contract and have some late fees that need to be paid, I discussed with them that I couldn't pay them all at once and I spoke with someone in customer care and she stated that is would be ok, two weeks later someone calls and discusses my account and said when need all of your payment by 3/15/08, I only can give you what I have. To sum this up Triad could not finance me a (pickle). I have learned a lot from this.
