Same exact problem here. Go to DMV and fill out a "Bonded Title" form.
You'll need to buy a bond through the Surety Bond ddept at DMV. It'll cost under $200 to get Triad off your title. This whole process has made me so furious. It's been impossible to track down ANYONE from this company.
I'm mad that I have to pay this money, but I'm DONE with all the run around. Good luck to you!

I've been thinking for the last 17 years in my truck was paid off only when I went to go get the original title which would have cost me exactly $5.40 I'm in my eighties and I'm at insurance on my truck the last 17 years it's been tagged and inspected all because proof of the buyers purchase of ownership and when I went down there to go get the truck transferred over to the guys sold it to they told me that Triad Capital Crop. Had a lien on my truck.
I'm like any other consumer who who buys a product from a company that is responsible for keeping up with the logs payment methods warranties or anything else that falls under the consumer buyers terms and conditions when purchasing the product understand that company may have went out of business but that's not our fault you still accepted our money............ I CAN SEE IF IT WAS JUST ME BUT EVERYWHERE ALL THE REVIEWS POINTS TO THE TRIAD'S CAPITAL CORPORATION AGAIN YOU ACCEPTED OUR MONEY.... AND WE AGREED TO THE CONSUMERS BUYERS TERMS AND CONDITION LAID OUT BY THIS CORPORATION......
